The biggest bass I ever caught was a largemouth bass back when I was about 13 years old. It was so big I could actually fit both my hands in the bass’s mouth. I could not believe it, I was just so astonished with the size of the bass. As you can see I don’t have any pictures or video of the largemouth bass, kind of a bummer I know. But, sometimes telling a story can be a lot more fun and interesting than just looking at a picture. I caught the largemouth bass at the gravel pits across the old four bears theme park in Michigan. I don’t know of the precise area because I was so young, but I know my friend and brother probably know. I’ll have to ask them when I get a chance. I caught the big bass on 6 pound test with the beetle spin I suggest using. Remember to use a gold leaf spinner on it, that adds a nice touch to it that fish can’t stay away from. I’d have to the say the bass at least weight 7 pounds, possibly 8 or 9 pounds. Guess what, everytime I go fishing now I always bring my digital camera with me, lol.
