Favorite Bass to Catch: Smallmouth
Smallmouth bass is by far my most favorite fish to catch. They fight the most and are a lot of fun to fish for. I love jigging so right away you know I’m going to love catching Smallmouth. Smallmouth bass love the jig, they also like the crankbait too. Largemouth are a great bass to catch also, they just can be lazy at times. The biggest bass I ever caught was a Largemouth. It ended up fighting like a Bluegill, I swear to God, I actually caught the beast on 6 pound test. I know 1 pound smallmouth bass that have fought better than this 9 pound largemouth bass I caught.
